We have purchased 10 homes over the past 40 years, and this was by far the most thorough job by a realtor we have ever experienced. Rick was very patient in taking us to see about 50 homes over 1.5 months as we tried to figure out where exactly we wanted to live in the Atlanta area and what kind of house we wanted. When we were particularly interested in a house, he quickly began to gather all the available information about the house for us. When we went into escrow on two houses, he prodded us to do thorough and timely due diligence on each house, including property surveys and assessment of landscaping problems, which we'd never done on a house before, but which proved to be relevant and influenced our decisions in these cases. He pointed out problems with structures and drainage that the inspectors had missed.
